Title: Executive Personal Assistant & Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Provided comprehensive executive support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and professional handling of correspondence
  • Supported internal and external meetings, board meetings, and executive sessions through agenda preparation, presentation materials, minute-taking, and cross-functional coordination
  • Tracked projects, tasks, deadlines, KPIs, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution and visibility for senior leadership
  • Assisted in monitoring the implementation of SOPs and corporate protocols across departments, supporting continuous operational improvement initiatives
  • Acted as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing confidential information with discretion and providing flexible support for ad-hoc and special projects

Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years of secretary experience
  • Japanese language skills are required to communicate internally and externally

Other Information

  • Salary: S$6,000-7,000 (depends on experience)
  • Bonus
