JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and verify the completeness of account opening documents submitted by various business units. - Collaborate with Account Managers, Legal, and Compliance teams to address any issues related to account onboarding, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels. - Maintain proficiency in established Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and guidelines. - Report and escalate control issues, service lapses, and other concerns in a timely manner. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in banking operations and client onboarding is preferred. - Strong understanding of operational risk and control processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated commitment to service excellence. - Effective time management skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team environment.
