Executive Pastry Chef

• Assist in creation and preparation of Chinese/Western pastries, cakes and tart
• Compliance in Quality, Quantity and Accuracy of food preparation as Company's Recipe
• Ensure smooth running operations in the kitchen
• Compliance with the hygiene standards in food handling, with accordance to NEA standards

Job Requirements:

. Certification or Diploma in Culinary/Pastry Arts

. Minimum 3 Year of related experience

. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

. Present a positive attitude

. Willingness to assume multiple shift work patterns and longworking hours
