Job Description

This is a position under the GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme, an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities and the duration for this position will be 6 months. Applicants will eventually be required to apply via MyCareersFuture to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive supports organizational capability building through learning and development, competency frameworks, and change management initiatives. This role ensures alignment of talent strategies with business objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.

Learning & Development (L&D) Support

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and courses.
  • Help develop, update, and organize training materials, presentations, and resources aligned with learning objectives and adult learning principles.
  • Support pre- and post-training assessments, gather feedback, and compile reports on program effectiveness.

Competency Development

  • Support refinement and implementation of organizational competency models and frameworks.
  • Assist in gathering data for competency assessments and gap analyses to identify developmental needs.
  • Help map training resources and development activities to specific competencies and career paths.

Change Management and Communication

  • Help prepare communication materials for HR and change initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities to foster adoption of new processes.

Data Analysis

  • Collect and organize HR and workforce data for analysis.
  • Support preparation of dashboards and reports under supervision.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs related to learning and OD programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Internship or project experience in HR, L&D, or OD preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Excel for data handling ; ability to use Powerpoint or Canva for creating visually appealing communication materials and presentations.
