Key Responsibilities:
Estate Hygiene & Maintenance:
- Overseeing & reviewing the day to day hygiene and cleanliness of the school.
- Overseeing a team of cleaners & general workers for effective school operations.
- Managing the physical infrastructure maintenance and improvement works of the school premises, including assisting to forecast the financial needs of the estate management plan.
Administrative Matters:
- Assist in the school's financial and procurement operations as well as the use of technology to increase productivity.
- Tenderboard Procurement for all Operations Department Purchases/Tenders
- Inventory & Assets Management
Other Operational Duties:
- Canteen Committee Representative
- Fire Safety Management & Environmental Control Officer
- Events & Logistics Setup
- Any other duties as instructed by School Leaders as well as Admin or Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
For this role, candidates should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience in estate management, logistics, safety and emergency planning
- Diploma or Degree in Security, Workplace Safety & Health / Facilities & Estate Management preferred.
- Experience in school logistics, estate management, safety and emergency planning and/or discipline management.
- Fire Safety Manager certification would be an advantage.
- Willing to work occasionally after school hours and weekends.
- Takes initiatives and has good organizing & multi-tasking abilities, interpersonal and communications skills, along with efficient time management and high stress tolerance levels.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Applications is a must.
