Job Description

Job Title: Executive

Job Description

Responsible for general administration, coordination, and execution of a variety of finance functions including but not limited to the following: -

  • Process Accounts Payable, including staff claim and withholding tax submission
  • Process Accounts Receivable
  • Posting of journal entries
  • Manage grant claim submission
  • Follow up on items in Balance sheet
  • Assist in Financial Month End & Financial Year End closing matters
  • Support grant certification audit and statutory audit
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, data extraction, reconciliation and tracking as requested by the supervisor
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
  • Entry-level candidates or Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior accounting experience is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge in SAP would be advantageous
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start work immediately/as soon as possible.
