Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive, Media Campaigns professional to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role is highly executional and focuses on campaign coordination, media operations, and execution support, working closely with Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Roles & Responsibilities

Media & Campaign Operations

  • Execute campaign operations across internal and external channels, including digital (e.g. eDM, website), print, radio and out-of-home media
  • Support campaign roll-outs through asset uploads, channel bookings and coordination with media partners
  • Ensure campaign assets and materials are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Support multiple campaigns concurrently, comprising of promo-led, content-led, reach and brand campaigns

Channel & Platform Operations

  • Manage and operate internal campaign platforms including WordPress, Emarsys, print booking systems and SPH-owned digital banner placements
  • Support editorial newsletter deployments and eDM campaign set-ups through Emarsys
  • Upload and manage campaign assets across SPH-owned channels, website placements and internal advertising systems
  • Ensure campaign set-ups are executed accurately within platforms and aligned with campaign timelines
  • Learn and adapt to internal marketing and media systems to support efficient campaign operations

Coordination & Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (creative, editorial, performance teams) to support execution timelines
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to facilitate smooth campaign delivery
  • Track campaign deliverables, schedules, and dependencies across workstreams

Administrative & Logistical Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Campaign Managers, including
  • Campaign trackers and documentation
  • Asset lists, media schedules, and basic reporting
  • Support for invoicing and billing checks where required

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and media operations and campaign execution, preferably within advertising, media, or creative agency setting
  • Proven experience in execution of campaigns for media or consumer brands (local and/or global).
  • Hands-on experience supporting digital advertising and out-of-home campaigns
  • Proficient in campaign workflows such as media schedules, execution coordination and campaign reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Can do and Self-starter attitude, meticulous and able to provide effective solutions to navigate in tough situations.
