. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance
. Maintain employee records, leave management, and employment contracts
. Process monthly payroll and prepare finance reconciliation reports
. Oversee office operations, supplies, and pantry inventory
. Support employee enquiries, disciplinary matters, and staff wellbeing initiatives
. Assist in HR policy implementation and internal documentation
Marketing
. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
. Manage and update the company website (content, SEO, user experience)
. Produce marketing materials including EDMs, banners, and promotional content
. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reportswith actionable insights
. Assist in events, roadshows, and brand-related activities
Requirements
. Diploma or above in HR, Business, Marketing, ora related field
. Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or marketing
. Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
. Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) andsocial media tools
. Strong communication skills bilingual abilityis an advantage
. Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
