Materials Management Executive - Healthcare Division

General responsibilities

• Manage demand and supply planning for clients

• Consolidate sales forecast and inventory requirements with Sales and Operations teams

• Analyze inventory turnover and focus on minimizing both shortages and inventory levels

• Prepare and consolidate inventory reports and KPIs to measure the service level and progress against inventory KPIs

• Issue purchase orders

• Maintain master data in the system

• Process freight invoices

• Review efficiency of current processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs

• Liaise with clients on day-to-day matters

• Build and maintain good relationships with internal teams on inventory operations

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong numerical sense

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Working knowledge of SAP - Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) system will be advantageous

• Fresh graduates with an interest in demand and supply planning are welcomed

Experience

• Knowledge of production, shipment, inventory

• Engage different stakeholders (finance / commercial / distribution center / client management teams)

• Understand inventory management process (Inventory health, excess, slow moving, non-moving)

• Demand forecast uploads

• Manual planning experience

• SAP Re-Order Plan

• To manage recommendation of adequate supply replenishment quantities (with consideration to MOQ constraints)

• Push back if inventory levels are high (to update stakeholders on exceptional cases)

• Analyse and track forecast versus sales performance (for supply recommendations)

• Power BI dashboard

• Case fill rate / OTIF

• Forecast Accuracy / Forecast Bias
