Job Summary
Reporting to Lead, Marketing, the Executive shall be responsible for administering and creating social media content for the Football Association of Singapore.
Job Description
- Administer and create engaging and viral social media content to make it #trending
- Assist with streamlining social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to ensure uniform content and tone of voice
- Collaborate with other teams to create social buzz regarding upcoming matches, events and campaigns
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and audience identification to achieve marketing targets
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metric insights and best practices and then acting on the information
- Conceptualize new ways to promote FAS and optimize its pages to connect with audiences
- Perform community building proactively by monitoring and replying to followers to ensure FAS offers the best user experience
- Any other duties as assigned by Lead, Marketing
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in sports social media management will be an advantage
- Creative, curious and analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills proactive team player with a high level of initiative
- Interest in marketing, communications, social media and reputation management
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fast learner and hands-on with a positive attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop and editing programs such as Premier Pro, Aftereffects are a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required
