As part of the Marketing team, you will play key role in executing marketing initiatives that enhance the mall's visibility, shopper engagement, and tenant collaboration. This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to both marketing campaigns and casual leasing, making it ideal for passionate fresh graduates who want to learn and grow in the retail property industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns to drive shopper footfall, boost tenant sales and strengthen the mall's market presence.
- Engage and liaise with tenants, vendors and external partners for events, advertising leasing, and mall activations.
- Manage casual leasing operations for advertising panels from handling enquiries to coordinating execution to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support timely execution of advertising and promotional initiatives.
- Support social media marketing efforts - content planning to extend our digital reach and drive engagement .
- Track campaign performance , including KPIs, ROI analysis, and footfall/sales tracking to inform future initiatives.
- C ontribute to daily marketing operations and provide support across campaigns, activations, and team projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years experience.
- Strong communication skills confident in speaking with external parties.
- Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing, and MS Office.
- Passionate about people enjoys interacting and building rapport with tenants, vendors, and partners.
- Energetic and positive brings enthusiasm and creativity to campaigns.
- Organized and detail-oriented able to follow through on tasks and timelines.
