POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Brand and Marketing team across brand campaigns and key marketing initiatives. This role offers valuable exposure to brand management, content development, and strategic marketing, while taking hands-on responsibility in execution. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the team to ensure marketing efforts are integrated, cohesive, and effective across all touchpoints, including at the property level.

THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management
. Monitor consistent application of brand guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints.
. Work closely with appointed creative and media agencies to brief, review, and refine deliverables.
. Liaise with agencies on campaign development, branding materials, timelines, and budgets.
. Support and establish brand information library including images, brand decks, templates, and messaging frameworks.
2. Marketing Activation and Commercial Impact
. Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and brand awareness campaigns and ensure it cuts across digital and social channels.
. Collaborate with properties to consolidate, review, update property marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
. Consolidate feedback from CHG, properties and stakeholders into clear, actionable summaries.
. Track campaign performance and provide analysis on brand visibility, engagement metrics, and commercial results.
. Provide marketing support including preparing presentations, campaign decks, internal reports, and research materials.
. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to support strategic planning.
. Consolidate, review, update global marketing plan by coordinating with key stakeholders.
. Coordinate with Lifestyle team for seamless marketing support.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment
. Liaise with internal teams when relevant to gather information and ensure alignment.
. Coordinate with property-level marketing teams to maintain consistency in messaging and execution.
. Facilitate alignment meetings, meeting minutes, and follow-ups to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
. Consolidate inputs from various departments to support leadership reporting and decision-making.
4. Administrative and coordination
. Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing calendars, meetings, documentation, and agency coordination, as well as quotations and approvals
. Coordinate with internal teams, properties, and external vendors to support projects and timelines
. Manage marketing expenses, including travel expenses, invoice processing, budget tracking, and coordination with Finance
. Maintain organised records, reports, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across all activities
TALENT PROFILE
Qualification
. Diploma holder preferably in marketing and branding or equivalent.
Work Experience
. Experience in a luxury hotel and similar role is an advantage.
Technical Skills
. Excellent command in written and spoken English
. Excellent interpersonal skills
. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
. A good team player with an approachable character, positive attitude and strong ownership.
. Must be a highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively, well organized and flexible in a change and eye-for-detail.
