Responsibilities

. Manage vendor payments, staff claims, invoiceverification, and expense classification

. Handle the full set of accounts, including AR, AP,GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
. Ensure accounting records comply with Singapore Financial ReportingStandards (SFRS) and IRAS requirements
. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
. Support audit and tax filing matters
. Manage vendor payments, staff claims, invoice verification, andexpense classification
. Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations withthe Group Finance team
. Maintain accurate accounting records, vouchers, and financial system data
. Handle GST submissions and other statutory filings
. Use NetSuite for accounting operations and financialreporting
. Participate in finance process improvement and system enhancementprojects

Qualifications

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field
. 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably withexposure to Singapore accounting practices
. Practical knowledge of SFRS, GST, corporate income tax, and statutoryfilings
. Experience using NetSuite accounting system is an advantage, but nota requirement
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
. Strong communication skills required for effective coordination with internaland external stakeholders
. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
. High level of integrity and strong teamwork skills
. Experience in the Technology / FinTech / SaaS industry isan advantage, but not a requirement
