EXECUTIVE, MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR (1-YEAR CONTRACT)
Summary:
The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting business and mission through close collaboration with our customers. As the Marketing Administrator, you will manage customer requirements, support the regional marketing team, and help drive growth and business opportunities across the SEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for the SEA Team on tariff-related queries and customer rate enquiries.
- Manage and handle enquiries from Singapore customers (e.g. quotations, shipment schedules, service-related questions).
- Prepare and update the Weekly Sailing Schedule for Singapore customers.
- Disseminate Notices and Announcements (e.g. surcharges implementation) to SEA Team's POLs and customers.
- Follow up, collate, and tabulate customer and agent feedback in Excel.
- Communicate rate adjustments (reductions/restorations) to SEA POLs and update the Tariff Team on rate expiries.
- Distribute Monthly Benchmarks and Rates Grids to relevant SEA POLs and Global Non-Tender Accounts.
- Update and inform all EASIA/SASIA POLs on Weekly Service Utilization.
- Prepare and update Competitor Analysis reports.
- Support the Head of Marketing with ad hoc tasks and projects.
- Identify customer demand and coordinate with the network to meet service needs.
- Handle and resolve customer issues, disputes, and claims promptly.
- Collaborate with trade departments to set regional pricing policies.
- Monitor business seasonality and market dynamics within assigned regions.
- Manage marketing objectives and performance reviews for assigned agents.
