Job Description
- Responsible for gathering, creating, and publishing short-form content in alignment with ACMI's mission and communication strategies in collaboration with the various departments for optimal engagement based on social media statistics
- Support ACMI's MarComms initiatives and activities
- Explore new ways, approaches, and media platforms to reach target audience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Tasks
- Support in keeping ACMI's branding consistent across all channels - digital and non-digital marketing and communications assets.
- Work with various departments to develop content and manage multi-media content platforms for optimal engagement based on social media statistics.
- Understand ACMI's target audience with a view to conceptualise and produce short-form content (including videos) for the various channels.
- Work with the marketing and communications team to research, explore and tap on new types of media platforms to reach our target audience.
- Work on and with the MarComms team on BAU activities like annual reports, website updates, monthly e-newsletters, social media posts, event coverage, etc.
- Able to work on weekends when necessary.
- Undertake any other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as required and assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
Experience
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in Marcoms.
- Knowledge/skills in conceptualising and creating short-form videos and basic video-editing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Good knowledge and skills in MS Office and technologically savvy.
- Knowledge in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Audition) is advantageous
- Responsible team player and can work independently to get things done.
- Adaptable and flexible in multitasking.
- Able to handle uncertainties, work under pressure, and tight timelines.
- Familiar and comfortable working in settings such as communities and religious voluntary welfare organisations and working in collaboration with other agencies and ministries
- Experience in working with people of different nationalities and cultures is helpful.
