Our Mandarin Service, Living Stones, is a close-knit family, committed to growing in the Word and knowledge of our Father God. Working closely with the Pastor, you are to be the spiritual leader and shepherd to the congregation while aligning Living Stones with the overall direction of the church.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a healthy spiritual life of the congregation, through preaching, teaching, mentoring and organising of activities for the congregation
- Provide pastoral care to the congregation by supporting, encouraging and pastoral counsel, especially during times of need
- Identify and equip leaders and potential leaders to flourish in God's calling
- Align the needs of the congregation with the overall direction of the church
Requirements
- Degree in Theology or equivalent
- A winsome team leader who can work with diverse groups of people
- An independent worker with good pastoral and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Chinese language is necessary as the incumbent will be working closely with Mandarin-speaking church members
- Good command of English is preferred
- Comfortable working on weekends and non-conventional hours
