Executive Manager / Senior Manager (Construction Transformation and Technology Dept)

You will be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of shaping the future of construction through process re-engineering, Lean methodologies, and technology innovation.

[What you will be working on]

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyse worksite manpower and operational data using data analytics tools to generate actionable insights that inform process re-engineering and technology adoption strategies.
• Scan for and evaluate suitable technologies - including workforce management solutions- that can drive productivity outcomes and inform related policies.
• Synthesise data-driven insights and workforce management findings into structured frameworks to guide policy development and facilitate industry-wide adoption.
• Engage with relevant industry stakeholders to build interest and garner buy-in for the adoption and implementation of proposed solutions.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements

• At least three years of experience on construction projects as a design consultant or main contractor preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related Built Environment discipline. Proficiency in data analytics tools or software (e.g. Power BI, Python, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Resourceful and collaborative, with a positive and adaptable mindset and the confidence to navigate uncharted territory.
