We are seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Maintenance to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities and machinery. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety standard.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
