This role is responsible for managing the leasing process, from identifying potential tenants to negotiating lease terms and finalizing agreements
Job Description
- Develop leasing strategies to achieve the ideal tenant mix.
- Manage all leasing activities including inquiries, viewings, negotiations, renewals, and paperwork.
- Create marketing materials and internal communications.
- Stay informed about retail industry trends.
- Prepare budgets and monthly financial reports, sales analysis of tenants&apos performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to support marketing events and maintain good tenant relationships.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

- Good at problem-solving and managing tight deadlines.
