Objectives:
- Provide administrative support to the leasing team.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of all leasing-related data and documents in designated systems and shared repositories, maintaining consistency, completeness, and compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Proactively follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation, maintaining compliance with agreed timelines and organizational standards.
Job Duties:
- Prepare lease documents such as lease agreements and side letters.
- Monitor and follow up on the submission of lease documents and other relevant documents by tenants.
- E-stamping, upload lease documents and relevant documents in designated systems and shared repositories .
- Collate and maintain lease movements / details records.
- Maintain and update tenants contact list in designated leasing systems and shared repositories .
- Liaise with tenants on their arrears payment status.
- Attend to tenants feedback/requests, develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants.
- Assist in preparing reports related to leasing activities.
- Perform related duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
Education
- Diploma in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of p rior experience with handling large volumes of documentation .
- Prior experience in lease administration function is desirable.
Skills
- Expertise in retail leasing procedures and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
