Executive, Investment and Asset Management (Based in Singapore)

The Role

This position will support in pursuing and evaluating business opportunities, formulating potential exit strategy and execution of asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio for MPACT Business Unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with onshore asset management teams on portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting and asset management plans, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets, as well as operational work processes.
• Assist in the preparation and maintaining of financial variance analysis reports, prepare and monitor budgets and assist with financial modelling at the asset and portfolio levels in order to facilitate strategic planning.
• Assist in the investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
• Work closely with external consultants and internal teams across various functions to conduct due diligence to evaluate potential investments.
• Manage market intelligence and collate global market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company's products and services and ad hoc duties as required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent
• A least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment.
• Resourceful, have an analytical mind and understand financial modelling models and concepts.
• Good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Overseas travelling may be required for this role.
