Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the department in ARIBA processes, purchase orders and invoice processing. You'll play a key role in processing the department's purchase of services & parts.
- Department admin support
- Process work order/other requests from the various TMs following standard operating procedures
- Raise collaboration in ARIBA system to request for quotations from approved vendors
- Issue Purchase Orders via ARIBA system
- Invoice processing
- Follow-up on Purchase Orders closing
- Data extraction and consolidation
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Schedule meetings
- Report preparation and reporting
- Other adhoc admin duties assigned
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years related administrative work experience
Skills:
- Possess good organizational communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic accounting knowledge
