Job Summary

The Executive, People & Formation (HR Operations & Compensation & Benefits) manages HR operations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance to support the full employee lifecycle and enable effective workforce management and organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems to generate accurate reports that inform workforce planning and organizational decisions
• Administer HR operations and employee records to ensure compliance and smooth employee lifecycle management
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
• Source talent by identifying and engaging qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs
• Conduct recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinate onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively into the organization
