Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Executive is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Capital operational functions including Human Capital administration tasks.
Job Description
- Handling the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee relations
- Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Handling leave management and benefits management (long service awards, insurance claims, claim submissions and other contract renewals with vendors)
- Providing Human Capital advice and support to HODs and employees on a wide range of Human Capital matters
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation
- Coordinate training registration and administer SDF and absentee payroll claims
- Prepare monthly reports
- Administrative functions: ordering of pantry and stationery items, business card and office supplies
- Prepared to take on additional duties as they arise, showing your versatility and commitment to the team
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- IHRP-CA certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Good knowledge of Human Resource best practices, employment law and talent management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well aspart of a team
- Proficient in the use of Human Resource Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
