Job Description

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Executive is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Capital operational functions including Human Capital administration tasks.

Job Description

  • Handling the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee relations
  • Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Handling leave management and benefits management (long service awards, insurance claims, claim submissions and other contract renewals with vendors)
  • Providing Human Capital advice and support to HODs and employees on a wide range of Human Capital matters
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation
  • Coordinate training registration and administer SDF and absentee payroll claims
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Administrative functions: ordering of pantry and stationery items, business card and office supplies
  • Prepared to take on additional duties as they arise, showing your versatility and commitment to the team

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • IHRP-CA certification preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Good knowledge of Human Resource best practices, employment law and talent management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well aspart of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Human Resource Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
