We're looking to add a HR Executive in Singapore. The position is based in our GES Site at Marsiling.

As a HR Executive, you will:

HR Operations

  • Support site HR lead with all aspects of human resources practices and processes execution.
  • Manage Insurance & MHC matters (including monthly updating of people movement, WICA submission, Insurance & Outpatient enquiries resolution
  • Manage all insurance and MHC mobile apps queries and resolution
  • Manage all HR reports and government related surveys.
  • Conduct exit interviews, prepare resignation acknowledgement letter
  • SAP Data entry for all new hires, during employment, and cessation.
  • All work pass application and renewal.
  • Manage entire RRA process including tracking, prepare paperwork for approval and contract issuance.
  • Support site HR lead in Manpower planning processes
  • Assist in gathering resources needed from hiring manager, including headcount justification for new/replacement positions, updating of org chart and vacancy report, follow up with hiring managers on full justification and arrange reviews with site GM and head of hiring function.
  • Participate in Interviews and prepare administrative documents from salary proposal to joining.
  • Onboarding/Orientation for all exempt level.

Training

  • Manage site internal and external training requirements, including the sourcing for courses, routing for approval and upkeep of the training matrix and annual training plan.
  • Oversee the site LMS administration, ensuring timely upload of all training materials and coordination of monthly safety campaigns for mandatory user participation and track completion of mandatory compliance training.
  • Maintain the training SOP and ensure compliance, including regular updates to the annual training schedule and training matrix.
  • Maintain training requisitions/WI/SOP in LMS

Performance Management

  • Support C&B activities such as annual merit increase, bonus and PMP process are implemented accordingly to corporate guidelines. Ensure timeline and the distribution curve are met.-
  • Run eligibility check against company policy and active-status rules; forward validated list to Payroll.
  • Bonus simulation - Provide employee information, provision & actual payout to Payroll
  • Responsible for uploading accurate data (including reviewers and calibrator info, time line, goal setting) in e-platform, follow up and timely execution of PIP on non performer.
  • Support Off cycle promo / adjustments

Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure adherence to local labour regulations, internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained & records to be audit-ready.
  • Support workplace initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Administer LMS system and training – track completion of mandatory compliance training.

Employee Relations / Engagement

  • Execute site level engagement and well being activities, and provide observation & feedback on effectiveness of activities.
  • Translate skip‑level meeting insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolutions and ensure closure.

What skills and experiences are we looking for

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization or a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing environment/industry.
  • Good knowledge with labour legislation
  • Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.
  • Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently.
