About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team as we take on an exciting new client engagement - supporting the pre-opening HR function of a boutique hotel under an international hospitality brand.
This is an execution-focused role. You will be the engine that keeps payroll, compliance, and HR documentation running smoothly across both our internal team and our client accounts. You work best when things are organized, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.
What you will be doing
- Process monthly payroll for internal and client teams - including CPF submissions, SDL, payslips, and statutory adjustments
- Manage IRAS submissions - IR8A annual filings and IR21 tax clearance for departing foreign employees
- Handle MOM work pass applications and renewals - Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit submissions via EP Online portal
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation - employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, exit documents, and personnel files
- Manage leave, attendance, and claims administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes - ensuring all documentation and compliance steps are completed accurately
- Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS on routine compliance matters
- Assist with HR system setup and maintenance - including HR software and TMS configuration
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years of hands-on HR operations or payroll experience in Singapore
- Proficient with HR and payroll software - Whyze
- Working knowledge of MOM EP Online portal and work pass submission processes
- Familiar with CPF rules, IRAS filing requirements, and Singapore employment regulations
- Detail-oriented and highly organized - able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without errors
- Proactive and self-sufficient - you don't wait to be told, you spot the gap and fill it
- Experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus but not required
