Handle full spectrum of payroll processes and is responsible for monthly payroll processing on a timely and accurate basis, including income tax and reimbursements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal data in InfoTech system, manage leave administration and prepare HR letters.
Manage grants and funding claims.
Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with internal HR policies.
Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local and foreign employees.
Liaise with statutory bodies - IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc. with regards to employees remuneration
Prepare statistical reports as requested by government agencies.
Prepare analysis of payroll data for reporting to management and Finance department
Responsible for processing staff insurance claims and liaising with insurance agent for insurance compensation claim process.
Prepare Annual Manpower Budget and Annual Increment & Bonus exercise.
Handle yearly renewal for staff insurances, medical, etc.
Prepare adhoc letters.
Undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource/Business or its equivalent.
2 years of prior job experience in payroll processing (InfoTech software experience would be an added advantage).
Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
Numeric, strong analytical and forecasting skills.
