Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processes and is responsible for monthly payroll processing on a timely and accurate basis, including income tax and reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal data in InfoTech system, manage leave administration and prepare HR letters.
  • Manage grants and funding claims.
  • Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with internal HR policies.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local and foreign employees.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies - IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc. with regards to employees remuneration
  • Prepare statistical reports as requested by government agencies.
  • Prepare analysis of payroll data for reporting to management and Finance department
  • Responsible for processing staff insurance claims and liaising with insurance agent for insurance compensation claim process.
  • Prepare Annual Manpower Budget and Annual Increment & Bonus exercise.
  • Handle yearly renewal for staff insurances, medical, etc.
  • Prepare adhoc letters.
  • Undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource/Business or its equivalent.
  • 2 years of prior job experience in payroll processing (InfoTech software experience would be an added advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
  • Numeric, strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Meticulous and possess great initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
