We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to support workforce data analysis and reporting in a hospice environment, delivering accurate and timely insights to support operational and people management decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
. Support salary benchmarking and market analysis exercises to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
. Assist in the annual manpower planning and budgeting process by compiling, validating, and analysing workforce data.
. Conduct trend and basic scenario analysis to support service expansion, evolving care models, and succession planning initiatives.
. Work closely with HRIS, payroll, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
. Prepare HR dashboards and standard reports using HRIS and analytics tools to track key workforce indicators.
. Analyse and maintain workforce data including headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, rostering patterns, training compliance, engagement, and staff wellbeing metrics.
. Respond to routine and ad-hoc workforce data requests from HR and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
. Strong interest in HR analytics and data-driven workforce management.
. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an HR, analytics, or related role experience in a healthcare or hospice setting is preferred.
. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and accurately.
. Meticulous, professional, and discreet, with a strong sense of confidentiality and service orientation.
