Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as the primary strategic partner to the Chairman. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities to enable the Chairman to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison and gatekeeper for the Chairman, managing schedules, relationships with board members, investors, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and refine executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials for high-level meetings and decisions.
Plan and execute board meetings, executive offsites, and corporate events flawlessly.
Anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve operational issues.
Provide holistic support across professional and personal domains.
Lead talent sourcing and recruitment initiatives: identify hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with external recruiters, and manage onboarding.
Independently handle special projects and confidential assignments with discretion and sound judgment.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in executive support, office management, HR administration, or senior executive secretary roles.
Hands-on recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and working with external hiring partners.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR practices, and payroll processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
