Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an Executive Head-hunter / Recruitment Consultant. The individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end executive search processes, identifying and engaging with top-tier talent, building strong client relationships, and understanding clients strategic hiring needs. The role involves conducting detailed candidate assessments, guiding both clients and candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, and contributing to strategy development for talent acquisition. Additionally, the consultant will play an essential role in driving business growth by networking and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills for identifying qualified candidates and understanding market trends
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills aligned with client business goals
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and CRM tools, as well as platforms like LinkedIn
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in leadership advisory, talent strategy, or related fields is a plus
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
