Job Summary

Lead and innovate premium Omakase and Teppanyaki kitchen operations, driving culinary excellence and delivering exceptional dining experiences through strategic team leadership and meticulous food quality management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the kitchen team to achieve operational excellence and high performance
  • Curate and execute premium Omakase and Teppanyaki menus that reflect refined dining standards and creativity
  • Ensure consistent high-quality food presentation that meets brand and guest expectations
  • Oversee food cost control by managing inventory levels and supplier relationships to optimize profitability
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure guest safety
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to enhance their culinary skills and support career growth
  • Engage confidently with guests at the counter dining experience to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Apply strong knife skills and teppan cooking techniques to deliver authentic and precise culinary execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proven experience in Omakase and Teppanyaki cuisine demonstrating culinary expertise and leadership
