Job Description

The Executive of Group HSSQE will play a vital role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of health, safety, security, quality, and environmental (HSSQE) policies and procedures across the organization. This position focuses on promoting a culture of safety and compliance while ensuring that the company adheres to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing HSSQE policies, procedures, and programs across all business units
  • Monitor compliance with local and international health, safety, security, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to HSSQE standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Compile and analyze HSSQE-related data, producing reports for management review
  • Facilitate HSSQE training programs for employees, ensuring understanding and compliance with established protocols
  • Support incident investigation processes and maintain accurate records of incidents and corrective actions taken
  • Assist in maintaining the company's Integrated Management System documentation related to HSSQE
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HSSQE practices within the organization
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that HSSQE objectives are met and aligned with business goals

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HSSQE roles, preferably within the maritime or offshore industry
  • Knowledge of HSSQE regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with a foundational understanding of data analytics utilizing Excel and Power BI or comparable tools
  • Proficient in utilizing audio, graphic, and video editing software for the development of training materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
