We're looking to add a Executive, Finance in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Executive, Finance you will:

Undertake day to day financial control, accounting, and reporting functions to ensure compliance with approved accounting regulations, standard and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of company's general ledgers system
• Prepare weekly cashflow forecast for submission to corporate
• Assist monthly financial closing activities and year-end reporting
• Prepare monthly management reports for management review and submission to Corporate
• Prepare annual financial budget
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors on audit related issues
• Assist in quarterly GST return for submission to tax authority
• Liaise with tax agent on submission of company taxation
• Responsible for performing monthly bank reconciliations
• Handle and verify Travel claims in accordance to travel policy
• Involve in adhoc projects as and when necessary
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or ACCA qualification
• Preferably with 2 - 3 years experience in General Ledger
• Knowledge of SAP application required
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Responsible, keen learner with initiative and possess positive working attitude
• Good time management & able to multi-task in fast paced environment to meet deadlines
