Job Description:
The candidate is responsible for the following:
- Support Customer Account and Tax operations while driving co-ownership of issues and solutions across Whole-of-Government stakeholders
- Track and manage requests, ensuring timely follow-ups, issue resolution and efficient processing
- Coordinate with system integrators and stakeholders on integration, deployment and post-implementation hypercare support, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving agencies queries.
- Support system configuration, testing (System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing), and continuous improvements through change requests and new feature releases
- Engage agencies and stakeholders to understand the systems landscape and gather requirements, feedback, and drive timely responses
- Conduct briefing and training to agencies on any new changes and functionalities.
- Maintain and update project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Tertiary education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems or related disciplines
- Keen interest in Ops-Tech roles
- Understanding of finance processes such as Accounts Receivable, Taxes and GST
- Understanding in financial/billing systems, XBRL, XML and interface as well as system implementation will be useful.
- Able to proactively develop and manage relationships with various key stakeholders

Contract duration: 6 months contract, with option to extend for another 6 months
Location: High Street
Working Arrangement:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6.30pm
- Friday: 9am - 6.00pm
- (Flex hours can be arranged with reporting officer)
Salary: $15 to $16 per hour
