Executive, Finance (6-months Contract)

What You'll Be Doing

As an Executive, Finance, you'll coordinate closely with Shared Services Centre to support daytoday finance operations, ensuring accurate accounting records and timely completion of all reporting requirements.

Financial Accounting

• Assist with monthly closing activities and preparation of journals.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial schedules.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and support statutory accounts & XBRL requirements.
• Provide support during audits and insurance renewals.

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Review sales and purchase ledgers.
• Support intercompany billings and debtors/vendors reconciliation.
• Prepare commissions, payroll journals, and vendor payments.

GST & Tax

• Assist with GST submissions and reconciliation tests.
• Prepare tax and deferred tax workings.
• Support corporate tax computations alongside Head Office and tax consultants.

Fixed Assets & Capex

• Maintain the fixed asset register and capex records.
• Prepare costing for demo registrations

Cashflow & Banking

• Monitor daily cashflow and update daily reports.
• Liaise with financial institutions on account, signatory, and funding matters.

Cross-functional Support

• Provide guidance to shared services and operations on daytoday accounting matters.

Who We're Looking For

• This is a 6-months contract.
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detailoriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving
