The Role
This position will be responsible for the Accounting function based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for treasury products for Treasury companies;
- Assist with monthly financial closing, preparation of journals, accounts receivables receipting & billing
- Preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliations on a monthly basis;
- Involvement in the year-end audit and preparation of forecasting and budgeting exercise;
- Assist with audit and tax information preparation; liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax filing/compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist with other ad-hoc assignments such as UAT and data migration verification as and when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry.
- Well-versed in SFRS, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements.
- Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik, Power BI system(s) and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel.
- Hands-on with good eyes for details, able to communicate effectively to various parties and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with high level of initiative.
