What You'll Be Doing

As an Executive, Facilities (Project), you'll ensure smooth, safe, and costefficient operations of all facilities through proactive maintenance, project coordination, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.

• Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance and repair works

• Conduct inspections and ensure our buildings remain safe, functional and compliant

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and Managing Agents for all maintenance and project works

• Track budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and ensure costeffective execution

• Support tender processes, vendor sourcing and contract management

• Manage building licences, renewals and regulatory requirements

• Work with BYD/BMW Asia on CI requirements and support BMW Retail Standards Audit

• Drive consistency and best practices across all centres

• Support WSH compliance and liaise with MOM on related matters

• Track and monitor details of monthly facilities and progress report from Managing Agent

• Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives

Who We're Looking For

• 1-Year Contract position

• Diploma in Building Services, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Facilities Management (or equivalent)

• 5 years relevant experience

• Strong coordination, problem-solving and project execution skills

• Certification in Occupational Safety & Health is a plus
