About the Role
The position requires a highly motivated individual to provide support and contribute to the
planning and execution of experiential campaigns aimed at driving business growth.
Please note that this role will be on a 2-year contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Team Lead, the Executive is responsible for ideating, coordinating, and executing events for a variety of SPH Media's news and lifestyle titles.
- Support the Sales team in ideating brand experience touchpoints for clients to execute at the event.
- Ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately and deadlines are met promptly.
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of projects and events.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes consistently.
- Providing administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing.
- Ideally, 1-3 years of relevant experience in events, marketing or media industries.
- Proven track record of conducting successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Experience in creating/designing marketing creatives/collaterals is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese or Malay or Tamil is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Confident, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details.
- Availability to work outside of regular hours and on weekends when required for events.
