The Opportunity
Distribution Management is responsible for overseeing key distribution channels, including online travel agencies, brand websites, and global distribution systems, to ensure optimal visibility, accurate pricing, and effective inventory control. In parallel, Sales Support manages the CRM system, ensuring sales data is accurate, current, and effectively leveraged. The role also supports the Global Sales team by preparing proposals and processing contracts in a timely and accurate manner, facilitating seamless coordination, strong client relationships, and the efficient conversion of opportunities into confirmed business.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy of global database; manage data activity and integrity, administering user access and providing user support for one or more systems listed below:

Coordinate initiatives/ campaigns setup/ support for online travel agents (OTAs)
Monitor rate discipline globally and report discrepancies.
Process proposals and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
Generate regular or ad-hoc reports for billings and management review.
