Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

. Demonstrate and present products and give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

. Generating leads and establish new business.

. Gain knowledge on products through hands on training.

. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

. Understanding and promoting company programs.

. Obtaining prepayments and balance of payment from clients.

. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

. Maintaining client records.

. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

. Process quotations, sales contracts, delivery orders, and necessary documents and payment follow up.

. Provide support for various processes like tender bidding, progress claims and prepare various reports when necessary.

. Forecast, budget and plan for sufficient equipment and materials required for various projects.

. Oversee project coordination by liaising with developers, clients, architects, main contractors & quantity surveyor.

. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that may arise.

. Handle customer feedback and provide after-sales support when necessary.

. Fair remuneration based on experience with company benefits.

. Preferably possess 1-2 years working experience with Architects, Interior Designer /Developer.
