Job Description

Top Clean Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management, operations, and business performance of the company. The role is responsible for ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and compliance with all applicable regulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the company's overall business operations

• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and performance monitoring

• Develop and implement corporate strategies, policies, and operational plans

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and licensing requirements in Singapore

• Lead, supervise, and manage senior management and operational teams

• Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant senior management experience, preferably in an executive or director-level position

• Proven leadership and organizational management capabilities

• Experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or related service industries is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and corporate governance

• Good understanding of the Singapore business and regulatory environment

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
