4. Stakeholder & Board Management
Report to the Board of Directors, present performance insights, and lead decision-making on corporate direction, investments, and growth opportunities.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Governance
Ensure all licensing, regulatory, AML/CFT, and compliance obligations (MAS, ACRA, MOM, IRAS, STB, CAAS etc.) are fully met across Singapore and overseas entities.
6. Business Development & Partnership Management
Drive new business opportunities, build partnerships with banks, payment providers, travel operators, vendors, and international stakeholders.
7. Team Leadership & Human Capital Development
Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams oversee recruitment, performance evaluation, and build a high-performance workplace culture.
8. Project Management & Digital Transformation
Manage high-impact projects including digital platforms, automation, eKYC integration, remittance systems, GDS/API projects, and operational upgrades.
9. Risk Management & Internal Controls
Identify business risks (financial, legal, operational, cybersecurity) and implement effective risk-mitigation frameworks and internal controls.
10. Cross-Border Operations & International Expansion
Oversee the expansion of business activities in new markets (e.g., Malaysia, Bangladesh, UAE, Europe), ensuring smooth setup, licensing, and operational alignment.
