  • To support the Corporate Head of Oversea Business Department, in the effective running of the Oversea Division team, coordinating and leveraging internal resources across their teams, and the Bank, as required in the running of the team.
  • Be a key contact for the direct reports of the Corporate Head of Oversea Business Department.
  • Support the Corporate Head of Oversea Business Department in developing strategic plans to support business strategy. Ensuring effective reporting against all deliverables.
  • Set agendas for meetings of Corporate Head of Oversea Business Department with direct reports and other key stakeholders, covering key updates and follow up actions.
  • Ensure the Corporate Head of Oversea Business Department is briefed and prepared as necessary for key meetings and engagements - including key budget / strategy forum, preparation of speaking notes, presentations, and engaging of Subject Matter Experts, as required.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to anticipate any risks and issues inside and outside of the functions that the Corporate Head of Oversea Business Department, should be aware of.
  • Identify and make Corporate Head of Oversea Business Department aware of possible solutions, collaborating with fellow team members and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for reviewing and analyzing the budget, working with budget owners across the team to ensure actions such as forecasting, and restatements are completed on time.
  • Managing across the Oversea Business Department portfolio, proactively identify efficiencies and opportunities. and review potential overspend to ensure costs stay within budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in strategy, consulting / innovation background and / or integrated marketing and communications background, and Business Accounts Management.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Communication Strategy, and Business Accounts Management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network with and influence more senior stakeholders.
  • Be trustworthy, discreet, diplomatic and display high integrity.
  • Be able to think fast and work quickly under pressure.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and a strong desire to learn.
  • Have a sense of responsibility and perseverance.
  • Have good emotional intelligence and sensitivity to people dynamics.
