Executive Director, Quantitative Hedge Fund (Singapore)

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Executive Director to lead strategic and operational initiatives for a quantitative hedge fund's Singapore office. This leadership role will be instrumental in shaping the firm's regional strategy, driving innovation in technology and quantitative research, and ensuring smooth business setup and coordination with global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the firm's strategic direction in Singapore.
• Oversee technology applications and ensure seamless integration to support investment and operational functions.
• Liaise with headquarters to facilitate the establishment and development of Singapore operations.
• Stay abreast of global market developments and quantitative investment trends to inform business decisions.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative investment or research within the hedge fund or asset management industry.
