Experience & Qualifications
- Over 10 years of M&A experience, preferably within TMT, Technology and/or Tech Enabled Services.
- Proven track record with a strong, relevant deal sheet and demonstrated origination capabilities across Asia/APAC.
- Expertise in managing deal teams and executing transactions end-to-end, including:
- Preparing Information Memorandums and financial models.
- Participating in management/buyer meetings.
- Negotiating offers and managing due diligence processes and transaction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to identify and develop both buy- and sell-side opportunities.
- Lead the execution of transactions, including the preparation of pitches, Information Memorandums, and financial models.
- Conduct target and acquirer screening.
- Participate in management/buyer meetings, address Q&As, and negotiate offers.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, such as NDAs.
- Facilitate buyer-seller interactions, including roadshows and conference calls.
- Prepare meeting notes, management questionnaires, and other key documentation.
- Oversee the due diligence and transaction documentation process.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong grasp of corporate finance principles.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Extensive experience in preparing Information Memorandums.
- Ability to multitask and independently execute multiple mandates.
- Expertise in negotiating offers, deal structures, transaction documents, and all key elements of deal considerations in M&A and fundraising processes
