Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership

2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and other trade bodies.
- Co-develop transformation plans in areas such as workforce development, digitalization, internationalization, and standards.
3. Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations and resource management.
- Supervise all association-led initiatives and ensure effective execution.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing secretariat team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
4. Events and Trade Missions
- Plan and manage participation in international exhibitions and business missions.
- Coordinate logistics, budgeting, and promotional efforts for events.
- Identify opportunities for member exposure and secure sponsorships.
5. Membership Services
- Provide consultancy and business matching services to members.
- Drive membership growth and retention through value-added programs and engagement.
- Address member needs and enhance satisfaction.
6. Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage the annual budget in line with strategic priorities.
- Ensure financial sustainability through revenue generation and cost control.
- Lead fundraising and partnership development efforts.
7. Advocacy and Representation
- Represent the association in policy discussions, industry forums, and international platforms.
- Advocate for industry interests and influence regulatory outcomes.
- Maintain strong ties with stakeholders, including media and policymakers.
8. Communications and Public Relations
- Lead communication strategies to enhance the association's visibility.
