Job Responsibilities

Production

  • Fulfil requests for content update on various digital channels such as the brand website, mobile application, Hotel TV
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely publishing of web content and campaign pages.
  • Maintain website content for accuracy, consistency and in compliance with ongoing and new regulatory requirements
  • Support basic web page production using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript templates.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and design teams to ensure content is visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Ensure content follows brand guidelines and digital best practices.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage stakeholders expectations on delivery and ensure high quality on all deliverables
  • Align stakeholders with the teams agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guide stakeholders on providing the correct content required to fulfil requests
  • Work closely with the internal team and actively make suggestions on areas of improvement to achieve higher efficiency
  • Prepare documentation on new standard operating procedures, when required

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Degree holder

Experience

  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in contents production field.
  • Knowledge in HTML is essential.

Other Prerequisites

  • Good knowledge and experience with online content management for web and plus point for mobile platforms.
  • A well-organized person who can adapt quickly to constant change and ambiguous situations.
  • Meticulous and outspoken. Has willingness to learn.
  • Ability to collaborate well with internal team member and external stakeholders.
  • Able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods.
