Company Overview/Job Summary
Compliance plays a key role in keeping BELLS operations running smoothly and with confidence. We're looking for a meticulous, proactive, and dedicated Compliance Executive to support this function, work closely with various stakeholders, and assist in managing learner feedback. You will also work alongside the Compliance Manager to ensure we remain audit-ready-from organizing records to preparing submissions.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth compliance operations and workflow continuity
- Monitor enquiries/compliance inbox daily to identify and address incoming queries and feedback
- Route enquiries and learner feedback accurately to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.
- Assist the Compliance Manager in audit preparation by organizing and maintaining audit folders, checklists, and trackers in an orderly and updated manner
- Track audit questions and deadlines to ensure timely submission of required documents
- Follow up on audit outcomes by tracking required actions and maintaining evidence of closure
- Maintain simple risk trackers to identify recurring issues such as missing documents, repeated errors, and late submissions
- Escalate significant risks promptly to the Compliance Manager for early intervention
- Support additional compliance-related tasks as assigned by management to uphold regulatory standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Training, Compliance, or related field preferred
- Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome training will be provided
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments and follow up firmly yet politely
- Detail-oriented and organized with consistent documentation and follow-up practices
- Ability to learn quickly, understand compliance requirements, and apply them effectively in daily tasks
- Capable of working independently, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines
