Why do you do
- CEO Personal Brand & Communication Strategy
- Develop and execute a tailored personal branding and positioning strategy for the CEO, shaping a professional, authoritative, and trusted executive image aligned with our global crypto exchange's market positioning and corporate strategy. Align the CEO's external messaging with the company's development strategy.
- Independently draft and edit high-quality external communication content for the CEO, including speeches, interview scripts, op-eds, social media content (X, LinkedIn, etc.), public statements, and talking points. Maintain consistent voice and messaging for all CEO external communications.
- CEO-Dedicated Public Opinion & Crisis Management
- Monitor 24/7 global media and social sentiment related to the CEO, establish a robust public opinion early-warning system, quickly assess the risk level of public opinion, and formulate targeted response strategies.
- Collaborate with internal Brand, PR, and Legal teams to manage the CEO's reputation risks, respond to public concerns in a timely and appropriate manner, and proactively mitigate potential public opinion crises.
- External Exposure & Relationship Management
- Plan and manage the CEO's external public engagements holistically, including media interviews, industry summits, roundtable forums, and keynote speeches. Curate high-quality exposure opportunities that align with the CEO's personal brand positioning.
- Build and maintain in-depth cooperative relationships with top-tier financial, tech, and crypto industry media worldwide, and control the rhythm and quality of the CEO's external communications.
- Strategic Communication Support
- Act as a trusted communications counselor to the CEO, providing professional insights and recommendations on industry public opinion trends, competitor executive dynamics, and market sentiment to support the CEO's external speaking decisions and strategic layout.
- Establish and update a standardized messaging library for the CEO, ensuring all public communications comply with global regulatory requirements, corporate compliance standards, and brand guidelines.
Why you need
- field; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven track record in executive communications, reputation management, or personal IP building at top-tier internet, fintech, or crypto exchanges. Direct experience supporting C-level executives / founders is a strong plus.
- Exceptional writing and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex industry insights into accessible, influential narratives. Demonstrable success in executive personal brand building or public opinion crisis management.
- High sensitivity to public sentiment and strong crisis communication capabilities; ability to make sound decisions independently under pressure.
- Deep understanding of the communication logic of mainstream global social media platforms. Candidates with established media and KOL networks are highly preferred.
- Extreme attention to detail, impeccable discretion, and strong cross-team collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, 24/7 operating environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); capable of producing professional bilingual content independently.
